Pricing

I believe in keeping things straightforward and cost-effective. I offer flexible, ad hoc support at a fixed hourly rate, or ongoing retained support through a simple monthly package.

Managing people can sometimes be complex, but getting the right HR support shouldn’t be. My retained packages give you practical advice, reassurance and support when you need it, helping you stay compliant and deal with people issues confidently.

If you only need occasional support, my pay-as-you-go option may be the right fit.

Starter Support – £125 per month

Strategic HR Partnership – Bespoke Pricing

For businesses looking for a more comprehensive HR partnership tailored to their organisation.

All retained packages include updates on key employment law changes and are provided on a monthly rolling basis with no long-term contract.

Package prices are intended as a guide and may vary depending on the size of your business, complexity of requirements, and level of support needed.

Additional hours are charged at £70 per hour.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

On-site support, project work, or more complex case management may be quoted separately where required.

Pay As You Go

£85 per hour

Ideal for businesses that need occasional HR support or help with a specific issue.

Pay only for the hours you need, when you need them. This option works well for one-off advice, specific HR issues, or short-term support.

Support when things don’t go to plan

Sometimes things go wrong unexpectedly, I offer a free initial advice call with no strings attached.
